The Copthall Osteopathic Practice was established in 1991 to treat the discomfort and pains of the communities of Mill Hill, Hendon, Finchley and Edgware. David took over the practice in 2000 and has not looked back; we currently have over 3000 patients on our books and are perhaps the longest established clinic in the area.
We are located at Copthall Leisure Centre which is a very busy sports centre consisting of a state of the art gym, swimming pools and athletics stadium. Hence as well as back, neck pain and sciatica, we also treat sports injuries.
At Copthall Osteopathic Practice we offer the highest calibre of service from experienced and qualified osteopaths to clients looking for pain relief. We provide advice, treatment and relief for a wide variety of symptoms caused by conditions from illness and sports injury, to bad posture. Our team are specialists in structural and animal osteopathy and regularly treat young children.
The practice is continually growing and we now have three highly qualified osteopaths available for appointments. We are all members of the General Osteopathic Council and British Osteopathic Association which are the governing bodies for our profession.
We have a second practice, in Bushey Heath, located at Little Bushey Surgery, covering Stanmore, Watford, Bushey and the surrounding areas. David Powers & Associates are one of the few providers of Osteopathy on the NHS. (please see separate section for further details).

NHS David Powers & Associates now offer osteopathy on the NHS after securing a contract with Watford PCT. To be eligible you will need a referral from your GP, but then will receive a course of treatment which we invoice the PCT directly for.The list of GP practices below covers all those funded by Watford PCT.
